Drače is a small place in a bay on the northeastern shore of Peljesac, only 30km from Ston, overlooking the mainland. The uniqueness of its bay is 13 islets archipelago and above average sea temperatures. This center position provides an ideal home base for exploring the entire peninsula as well as the nearby tourist hot spots Dubrovnik, Korcula, Mljet and Medjugorje.

The village is spread along the coast offering a variety of beaches: sandy, pebbled and stone, in the village center and around.
Drače has caffe bars, restaurants, wineries, a wine bar, a small market (and bigger ones 1km away in Janjina), apartment and residential houses.
